Return- Policy
1. Core Principles
Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product quality defects as defined below.
Quality Warranty: We warrant that our products are free from material and workmanship defects at the time of shipment.
2. Warranty Coverage for Defective Products
We will repair, replace, or refund products that fail due to a verifiable manufacturing defect, subject to the following conditions:
Condition | Requirement
Notification & Authorization | You must contact our customer service to report the issue and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any item back. Returns without an RA number will be refused.
Warranty Period | The defect must be reported and the return process initiated within 30 days from the date of shipment by us.
Product Condition | The item must be returned in its original, unused, and unaltered state.
Approved Remedy | Upon confirmation of the defect, we will, at our discretion, provide a repair, replacement, or a full refund for the defective unit(s).
3. Exclusions (Non-Covered Situations)
This warranty does not cover damages or issues resulting from:
Improper storage, use, installation, or maintenance by the buyer.
Unauthorized repair, modification, or alteration of the product.
Normal wear and tear.
Force majeure events (e.g., fire, flood).
Products that were customized or made-to-order per the buyer's specifications.
4. Shipping & Liability
Pre-Shipment: We are responsible for any quality issues existing before the goods leave our facility.
In-Transit Damage: Responsibility for damage during international shipping must be clearly defined in the sales contract (typically borne by the buyer or the carrier).
Return Shipping Costs: For returns authorized under our warranty, we will cover the return shipping costs. For any returns not related to our quality issues or made without authorization, all shipping and handling costs are the buyer's responsibility.
